Package installation fails
Use the public @ds-gn/ui and @ds-gn/tokens names from
Installation. The private @ds-gn-cli scope
is for the future CLI. Public packages do not require a DS-GN account or
an entitlement token.
A component does not render
Import the component’s subpath in your application entrypoint, then use its
dsgn-* tag. Use a bundler to resolve package imports; a browser cannot resolve
bare package names on its own. See
Import a component.
Styles, transforms, or positioning are missing
Load @ds-gn/tokens/public, @ds-gn/tokens/theme, and
@ds-gn/tokens/properties in the stylesheet your app loads. The
properties import must reach the document, because a shadow root cannot
register typed custom properties. See
Load the tokens.
React server rendering fails
Check the runtime guidance in React integration. Node server rendering and Cloudflare workerd have different requirements; workerd must load the wrappers on the client.
Still stuck?
Search or report a reproducible example in the public issue tracker. Include the package versions, framework, runtime, and error message.
